Because sweets and namkeen are perishable food items, returns are limited and allowed only under specific conditions.

1. Eligible Returns
You may request a return within 24 hours of delivery only if:
• You received a wrong product
• The product was damaged during transit
• The package was tampered with

2. Conditions for Return
To approve a return:
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Clear photos / videos must be provided as proof
• The complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Opened, consumed or partially consumed items
• Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer
• Delays caused by courier or external reasons

4. Return Pickup
If approved, we will arrange a pickup (where available) or request the customer to ship the product back.
