Because sweets and namkeen are perishable food items, returns are limited and allowed only under specific conditions.

1. Eligible Returns
You may request a return within 24 hours of delivery only if:
You received a wrong product
The product was damaged during transit
The package was tampered with

2. Conditions for Return
To approve a return:
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Clear photos / videos must be provided as proof
The complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Opened, consumed or partially consumed items
Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer
Delays caused by courier or external reasons

4. Return Pickup
If approved, we will arrange a pickup (where available) or request the customer to ship the product back.
